Policies
Vaccines required:
- Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Flea Preventative
-Check in and out 7 days a week by appointment only
7:45-8:30am or 4:00-5:00pm.
-No check in/out on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,July 4th,Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (open only for AM), Christmas Day.
-New guests must schedule a "meet and greet" prior to first stay. Please call 507-508-5508 to set up an appointment. Rates posted are for dogs able to be placed into the social potty/exercise groups. Additional fees will apply if we find we are unable to place your dog safely into a play group
-We provide a PetCot bed and dishes. Please provide your dog's regular food. Pre-portioned into baggies is greatly appreciated, if possible for dry food.
-Please ask staff about bringing in comfort items such as toys or bedding. It may or may not be appropriate in our setting.
-48 hour advance notice if you need to shorten your pet's stay is appreciated.
